  1. Open Meetings Act
  2. Roll Call
  3. Approval of minutes of last public hearing and regular meeting.
  4. Open meeting to public
  5. Approve/deny variance application 2026-15 received from Shirley L. Zink Trust, Darla Zink & Jan Afrank, Trustees with legal description: STERLING-KNEELAND ADD LOTS 1-2 BLK 6 (.32A) for a variance from Article 4 Section 5.07E Single family dwellings side yard and rear yard setback and Article 4 Section 12-E4 the garage shall have a maximum width of 36 feet.
  6. Discussion of pending and approved building permits and other zoning concerns.
  7. Adjournment of Meeting
